Artist Juan Velázquez will give a free 45 minute talk (with time for Q&A) on his newest murals, installed in two locations in the Garden in honor of ¡Celebramos!, our celebration of Hispanic creativity and culture.

Artist Juan Velázquez will give a 45 minute talk (with time for Q&A) on his newest murals, installed in two locations in the Garden in honor of ¡Celebramos!, our celebration of Hispanic creativity and culture. You’ve probably seen Velázquez’s vibrant murals in the Near Southside and the Stockyards. Enjoy seeing a botanically-inspired mural and hearing from the artist on his process and inspiration!
