Mother’s Day – Help Create – Flowers

Pricing: Mother’s Day – Help Make a Glass Flower: $35.00 (plus tax) per flower

The Process:

• Register online, pre-pay for your booked time slot.
• ***We want you and your loved ones to stay safe, so follow “Safe Social Distancing Practices” when in the Studio & Gallery, and please wear a mask. Vetro will follow all CDC & Tarrant County Guidelines to keep our glass loving patrons and staff safe!
• Gallery Check-in at the front desk and sign participant wavers
• Entering Studio you then will be directed into the studio where the glassblowers will call you up during your time slot to Help Create your glass piece
• Choose from a selection of 5 color schemes
• Apply your own color to the molten glass
• Twist your color to create your own personalized design (12+yrs)
• Heat assisting glassblowers with melting the color into the clear glass on the blow pipe (12+yrs)
• You stay by the artist while he/she blows and shapes your Glass Flower
• Pick up your glass artwork the following business day after 3:00 p.m.

Please Note:

• Due to the nature of glass, there is a possibility that your glass art piece could break or crack during the cooling process. If this happens, we have three different options: 
  • (1) You may choose out of the Help Create color mixes and your artwork will be created for you.
  • (2) You can choose the same type of art glass piece from Vetro’s gallery.
  • (3) You can schedule a time to come back to the Vetro’s Studio and re-make your art glass piece!
• Kids of all ages are welcome to participate (children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the gallery and in the studio at all times).

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies for your Help Create Time-slots:

If you notify us of a cancellation or a rescheduled time slot less than 48 hours prior to your original appointment we will be unable to provide a refund.

• If your Flower session is non-refundable, don’t worry, because you may choose one of the following options:        
  • 1) Have a glassblower custom make your ornament (see details below*)
  • 2) Come into our Gallery and choose any Vetro ornament from our gallery

Cancellations:

• Email Lindsey Barker at lbarker@vetroartglass.com 48 hours BEFORE your reservation.  There will be a Processing Fee: $10.00 per time slot.  
• If you notify us of a cancellation or a rescheduled time slot less than 48 hours prior to your original appointment we will be unable to provide a refund.

Reschedule:

• Sign up for your new, preferred slots as soon as you can using our website
• To receive a partial refund: email Lindsey Barker at lbarker@vetroartglass.com 48 hours BEFORE your original reservation(s).
• If you wish to rescheduled a time slot less than 48 hours prior to your original appointment we will be unable to provide a refund.
• If you wish to rescheduled a time slot later than 48 hours prior to your original appointment we will be able to provide a refund.
•     -You will receive your refund, if applicable, within 3-5 business days**
•    -There will be a Processing Fee of  $5.00 per time slot

  **Refunds may take up to 5 business days because we must contact our third-party scheduling vendor for them to refund your original reservation/time-slots

Our Glassblowers would be happy to create your custom flower for you if you are unable to make your time-slot!
