Learn how to crush some dubious openings that are popular among beginner-intermediate players in this session with Saketh Sathyaji Raja, our Level 3 training program coach (peak USCF rating 1667). He will show you the pitfalls and refutations of these openings and how to gain an advantage from the start. Don’t miss it!

Greetings to Puddletown's Winter Seminar featuring Level 3 training coach Saketh Sathyaji Raja! Join us Sunday, December 10th, from 5 to 6 pm, where Saketh will discuss some popular but dubious openings commonly played in the beginner-intermediate level, and how you can beat them.

A brief introduction to Saketh: A junior in high school, Saketh Sathyaji Raja has been playing chess competitively for the last six years (peak USCF rating 1667). He teaches chess, as well as other subjects such as Math and English, through online platforms. Besides chess, Saketh enjoys tennis, coding, and table tennis.
