Tiny Tot Fitness

This fun and active program has been designed to provide your tot with engaging activity through group exercise and play targeted towards their age range. Your child will learn the fundamentals of sports and fitness that will foster and encourage a healthy lifestyle!

Program geared for children ages 3-5. Participants are encouraged to wear athletic clothing and shoes. Don't forget their water bottle.
