Blocktober Party

This event is the perfect opportunity for Denton residents of all ages to come out and connect with the individuals who serve our community. Meet and greet local officials and staff, including police officers, firefighters, City staff, and Council members. It's a unique opportunity to ask questions, learn more about City services, and discover what exciting developments are in store for the community.

The evening promises a wide array of activities and attractions to entertain and inform attendees. Watch in awe as pumpkins filled with various foods soar and splatter from dizzying heights, creating a spectacular (and tasty) mess! Additionally, numerous City departments will host booths filled with valuable information and interactive games. Whether you're interested in public safety, community development, parks and recreation, or any other facet of our city, there will be something for everyone. 

Children and families will have a blast with bounce houses, lawn games, and the opportunity to get up close and personal with our City vehicles at the popular “touch-a-truck” exhibit. Additionally, food trucks will be available and serving tasty bites for attendees to purchase.
