Mechanical Movements:
Step inside our Maker Space and use workshop tools to construct fun moving mechanisms while learning about mechanical principles.

Monday 11/20: Linkages – Linkages are critical elements in the design of everyday objects. Create your own design to take home.
Tuesday 11/21: String Activated – Make your custom creation move with string and other clever design techniques.
Wednesday 11/22: Automaton – Bring a something like a cat, dog, fish, or dinosaur to life using cranks, cams, followers, push rods and other mechanisms.
