One Act in A Week

Description: Ready for the ultimate theatrical challenge? At One Act in a Week Camp, campers ages 12-18 will come together to create a fully staged one-act play in just five days. From memorizing lines to crafting props, designing costumes, and adding lights and sound, the actors will be involved in every step of the production process to bring the story from page to stage. This immersive camp emphasizes acting, character development, and storytelling through a variety of techniques and styles, with a focus on teamwork and creativity. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping on stage for the first time, this exciting and comprehensive
experience will take your theatrical skills to the next level.

Note: This camp has a showcase performance on Friday July 11th at 6:00pm.
