TinkerCAD Basics: Valentine's Gift Box

Show some heart this Valentine's Day and create a special gift box for a loved one (or yourself). This class is an introduction to the basics of solid modeling and TinkerCAD, and students will learn how to model a basic Valentine's Day gift box.

TinkerCAD is a free, easy-to-use 3D design software for web browsers, perfect for getting started with 3D modeling and design. Using basic shapes, you will create a simple design that can be 3d printed later.
This class will cover the following:
- The basics of solid modeling and TinkerCAD
- How to create a pre-designed object
- What an STL file is and its relation to 3D printing
Class Requirements:
All class attendees must have an NRH Library card in good standing. Please arrive early to the class so that it can begin on time. This class is open to those 10 years of age and older. Children ages 10-13 must have a parent attend class with them.
