We teach child-centered yoga and mindfulness classes in a fun and engaging way. Classes include games, songs, crafts, gardening, and of course yoga! All of this fun is grounded in a curriculum that empowers our kids with skills to help them cope with the stresses of everyday life, develop healthy habits, practice empathy, and take some time out to JUST BE in the present moment.

We offer kids yoga classes for children 12 and under, parent & me yoga for those 4 and under, family yoga, and crafting workshops. We are also available for birthday parties and other private events.
