Theatre Arlington invites you to the land of myths and legends to LEVEL UP your theatre skills! With camps for ages 3-16, Theatre Arlington is sure to have something for all kids. Choose from 1-3 week camps including Disney's Descendants Jr, Madagascar Kids, Matilda Jr, Newsies Jr, or Play and Pretend! Join us for our LEGENDARY summer of myths and magic!

Summer Classes at the Nature Center provide students with an exciting hands-on, experiential opportunity to explore our natural world. A variety of STEM programs and topics offer an interactive, engaging way to learn about wildlife, ecology and the environment with classes ranging from Preschool to 8th Grade. Weekly Summer Camps are available throughout June and July, offering a 9am–12pm schedule for children ages 3–4 years old, and a 9am–3pm schedule for 1st–8th graders.

Creator Camp’s summer programs for ages 5–7 are all about playful creativity and exploration! These shorter, fun-focused sessions let young makers dive into age-appropriate activities like Storybook World Creators and Superhero Movie Makers, where campers imagine and build their own characters, stories, and mini-films. Art Smart Art School is the perfect place to get your children started on their artistic journey! Our experienced professionals provide step-by-step instruction in Drawing, Painting and Clay Sculpture that enables kids to master the fundamentals of artistic creation, while having tons of fun in the process.

Dive into a new adventure each week in our Epic Fantasy Dance Theater camps! For dancers in grades 1-7, students will take classes in Ballet, Modern, Acro, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater Jazz, and Hip Hop to build a short performance to share with parents each Friday at 12pm. This is the perfect “STEAM” Lego® camp for the 4 and 5-year-old LEGO builder, as we introduce science, coding, engineering, and design technology concepts using LEGO’s Tech Machines and Coding Express educational sets. By building these devices campers are exposed to the concept of simple machines such as levers, gears, and wheels and axles while exploring energy, buoyancy, and balance.

Join us for an exciting adventure in robotics with the First LEGO League Robotics Guided Mission camp! Designed for students in grades 6-8, this camp will guide campers through the world of robotics, focusing on teamwork, problem-solving, and engineering principles. We all remember watching the launch of space rockets from NASA, the first steps by man on the moon, watching astronauts float in zero gravity and of course those bulky but futuristic space suits. Campers will become astronauts in training as they learn about and participate in hands on activities about the sun, moon, planets, and the life of an astronaut. Projects include Making Moon Sand, Fizzing Planets, creating a galaxy, participating in an astronaut obstacle course, and many more.

Combining colorful LEGO building elements, easy–to–use hardware, and an intuitive drag–and–drop coding language based on Scratch, SPIKE Prime continuously engages campers through playful learning activities to think critically and solve complex problems, regardless of their learning level.

Campers ages 4 to 10 will hike throughout the Zoo each day, cool off at Safari Splash, feed giraffes and learn at live animal presentations. Plus, they’ll have all the fun of traditional summer camp with arts & crafts, outdoor games, a field day and friendly competitions to see which team has the best cheer! Half-day camps are for 4- and 5-year-olds who have not completed kindergarten. Full-day camps are for children 5 years old (who have completed kindergarten) through 10 years old. Middle School and High School Summer Zoo Camp gives campers special behind-the-scenes access at the Fort Worth Zoo.
