This is the perfect “STEAM” Lego® camp for the 4 and 5-year-old LEGO builder, as we introduce science, coding, engineering, and design technology concepts using LEGO’s Tech Machines and Coding Express educational sets. Campers build fun and simple models such as a rolling vehicle, a rocket ship, a raft and many more. By building these devices campers are exposed to the concept of simple machines such as levers, gears, and wheels and axles while exploring energy, buoyancy, and balance.

Main Camp is Falling Creek’s premier session. Four weeks allows time for our camp community to bond and strong friendships to be formed. Campers in 2nd-10th grades experience personal growth as they build on successes each week. Longer trips are offered and opportunities for leadership are a central focus.

Spend a week learning about teaching children! You'll walk the path of a teacher, planning fun lessons and activities, and then implementing those activities with children.

Students practice foundational skills from Math Level 5 and prepare for Prealgebra. They focus on building core techniques needed to excel in advanced math such as 3D geometry, fractions, decimals, negative numbers. They also explore the underlying mathematics of graphs.

This camp is a FUN introduction into the world of robotics! Campers will learn about the six simple machines and how they are incorporated into more complex machines. Campers will also learn about electricity, circuits, and power sources as they build our “Mars-like” RC Snap Rover. The radio-controlled RC Rover is capable of performing 23 experiments and activities. Campers will also have fun constructing our Artbot & Bristlebot!

Students practice foundational skills from Math Level 2 and prepare for Math Level 3. They build mathematical confidence in addition and subtraction, as well as improving their geometric intuition and spatial reasoning. This course is designed for students who have completed a 2nd grade math class or equivalent.

Your young magician will spend four days learning to make a rubber band teleport, find a chosen card with the help of a queen, and pluck a number right out of someone's mind. By Thursday they record their favorite performance to share with friends and family. Live on Zoom, small groups of 4 kids, everyday objects. No experience needed. Ages 8-12. Multiple weeks available June and July.
