In this action-packed camp, young scientists will dive into the world of volcanology and chemistry. Campers will build their very own volcano from scratch, learning about the structure and function of real-world volcanoes. Then, they'll explore chemical reactions in exciting experiments that demonstrate the science behind volcanic eruptions and other explosive reactions. This camp is perfect for curious minds ready to experience the thrill of discovery through fun and messy science!
Summer Art Camps

During each week of camp, we will work with a variety of mediums that will include, painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, and printmaking and more. Our mixed media camps are great for all ages 5-12. For some projects all ages will be together but there will be times when we will divide up in to younger and older groups. Everyone will still be doing the same basic project, but we may modify the process to ensure that it is age appropriate.
Camp Thurman- Sunshine Camp

Our half-day program is built for our youngest campers! Every activity is scheduled just for them, meaning they don't have to share activities with older kids. Our Sunshine campers get to enjoy swimming, low ropes courses, crafts and games in a condensed schedule. Each half-day is comprised of four activities, lunch, and skits. They get the right amount of Camp fun before they run out of energy!

Camp Thurman- Night Camp

Night camp keeps all the fun of day camp but adds in a new type of competition based activities between groups as well. Campers spend the first part of their day doing the things they loved from day camp - ropes, swimming and snacks before heading into skits and Bible study. Then the real fun begins with challenges between groups that use classic Camp Thurman elements in a whole new way. ETC is our program for those entering 7th grade, while Breakout is for those entering 8th or 9th grade.
Circuits and Breakers: Electricity 101 (Grades 3-5)

Camp Blessing makes an iconic experience–summer camp–available to campers whose challenges prevent their participation elsewhere. We are a residential Christian summer camp offering love, acceptance and fun to children and adults with special needs. Spend one on one, with your very own horse. Start the day feeding, grooming, and getting to know your horse.
